This uncommon Fender solid-body guitar belongs to the Parallel Universe series: the line takes elements from historical Fender designs and copy-and-pastes them together as 'new Frankenstein concepts'.1
The Jazz Strat, as the name suggests, combines the body of a Stratocaster with the pickups, vibrato unit, and bridge of a Jazzmaster. It was announced in early 2020 and remained in limited production until 2021, available only in the Mystic Surf Green finish.
Noel's Jazz Strat was probably built by Fender as a custom order, as it shows a few differences from the regular production model: the color looks like Burgundy Mist - a sort of metallic pink. The bridge is the Mustang-type, like on the Johnny Marr Jaguar, the pickguard is plain white, and the knobs are regular Stratocaster ones, replacing the aluminum "radio knobs" of the production version. It also features some artificial aging performed by the Fender Custom Shop.
The guitar was used during the Council Skies recording sessions in early 2022. It is briefly featured in part 3 of the making-of video, in which Noel describes it as "one of a kind."2
Sticker
The guitar features a peculiar sticker on the body: it looks like some sort of oriental ideograph with a lightning bolt.
Identifying the sticker wasn't easy and it involved quite a bit of research (and a bit of luck too!): it looks like a stylized version of the Sanskrit Yoga 'Om' symbol.3
Below are a rough digital re-creation of the sticker and the Om symbol for comparison.
